At Frame Your Jersey, we understand that your jersey often represents an important memory, milestone, or achievement. Because of this, we take every step to ensure your item is handled with care and shipped safely throughout the entire framing process. This policy outlines how shipping works from the moment you place your order to the day your framed jersey arrives back at your door.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for sending us your jersey. Our team may also contact you to finalize design details such as mat colors, layout options, engraving information, or additional display elements.
After your design has been confirmed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions so you can safely send your jersey to our workshop.
Shipping Your Jersey to Us
To make the process as simple as possible, we provide prepaid shipping labels for sending your jersey to our facility.
When preparing your shipment:
• Fold your jersey carefully to prevent wrinkles or damage
• Place the jersey inside a protective plastic bag if available
• Use a padded envelope or box to protect the jersey during transit
• Attach the prepaid label securely to the outside of the package
Once your jersey has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its delivery to our facility.
Receiving and Processing Your Jersey
When your jersey arrives at our workshop, it is carefully inspected and logged into our system. Our framing specialists will prepare the jersey for display and begin the custom framing process.
Each jersey is professionally mounted and framed using materials designed to preserve and protect sports memorabilia, including acid-free mat boards and UV-protective acrylic.
Production & Framing Time
Because each piece is custom framed, production times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
Typical turnaround time for custom framing is:
1-2 weeks from the time we receive your jersey.
In some cases, more complex framing designs or high seasonal demand may require additional time. If your order requires additional time, we will notify you.
Return Shipping
Once your jersey has been professionally framed and quality checked, it will be securely packaged and shipped back to you.
All finished frames are carefully wrapped and boxed to protect the frame, glass/acrylic, and display components during transit.
Return shipments include:
• Protective packaging materials
• Insured shipping
• Tracking information
You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your framed jersey ships.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using trusted national carriers such as:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS (in select cases)
Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and delivery requirements.
Shipping Insurance
All outgoing shipments are insured to help protect your framed jersey while in transit. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the claim process and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
While shipping issues are rare, they can occasionally occur. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact our team to discuss international shipping options.
