Does the Framed Jersey Price Include Shipping?

YES. Once framed, your jersey will be shipped to you via UPS Ground (insured).

Why is there a frame design already in my shopping cart?

If you have visited our site before and added a frame design to your cart it may still be in your cart when you return to the site. You can only add one design at a time so delete the previous design by clicking the X to the right of the design that you want to delete.

What do I do if I can't find my pre-paid postage slip?

Please check you SPAM or JUNK mail folders if you don’t see your UPS postage in your inbox. If for some reason you still can’t find the postage email us or give us a call (800) 790-9365 and we will email you a new pre-paid postage slip.

Do You Offer a Bulk Jersey Framing Discount?

YES. Please contact us to receive a quote for bulk and custom orders. We work with collectors, universities and other sports team and offer the best bulk jersey framing price available.

Do You Offer Custom Jersey Framing?

YES. Please contact us directly with your ideas and we will work with you on design, layout and pricing.

How Long Before I Receive My Custom Jersey Framing?

We will frame and ship your jersey 1-2 weeks after it is received. UPS will deliver 1-5 days later depending on where you live.

Do You Offer a Warranty on Framing?

YES. We offer a lifetime warranty against defect of the framing. It is incredibly rare, but if there is an issue with your jersey, please email us a photo and we will discuss getting the jersey back to us for repair.

The Box I Received Is Damaged… What Should I Do?

Take a photo of the box before opening it. Then carefully unpack the framed jersey and photo any damage. Email these photos to sales@frameyourjersey.com and we will start a claim with UPS. In the meantime, we’ll get you shipping labels to return the jersey and have us frame them again.
